PicoOnline: Exploring Wind Energy

This kit comes with both a vertical Savonious and a horizontal SkyZ wind turbine. This kit can be used to explore how turbines collect and store wind energy as an alternative energy source. Students will gain a deep understanding of power and energy as well as an understanding of the benefits and drawbacks to each turbine type. The kit comes with digital access to TWO stand alone courses!
